Mt. Carmel in the Desert Retreat Center is located in the beautiful Mojave Desert.  The sunrises and sunsets are magnificent.  In the books of Kings, the prophet Eliah went to Mt. Carmel and experienced the presence of God outside the cave on Mt. Horeb.
