Dear Youth Ministers, DRE's, Confirmation Coordinators and other servants of Youth Evangelization and Catechesis,
For those I have not yet had the pleasure to meet allow me to introduce myself - Sister Benedicta Marie, OCD the new director at Mt Carmel in the Desert Retreat Center. For those I have had the happy privilege to meet - please for give my long silence! I am finally 'in the saddle' over here at the retreat center!
We are very eager to be of service to you and your young people - Oasis will provide them with a larger, supportive network of young Catholics to learn from and identify with - please let me know what I can do to facilitate your participation.
We have reserved the following Fridays, 6-8:30pm, for OASIS Youth Nights at Mt Carmel in the Desert:
